In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing jp188, creating an Account, or placing any Wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using jp188 immediately.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jp188 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. jp188 accepts deposits via the following payment channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or within the processing window applicable to the selected payment channel. jp188 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jp188 accepts no liability.

jp188 accepts deposits only from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts held by family members — are not permitted and may result in the suspension of your Account pending investigation.

jp188 reserves the right to request documentary proof of the source of funds deposited into your Account, particularly in cases of large or unusual deposit patterns. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirement and is not indicative of any finding of wrongdoing on your part.

Withdrawal requests on jp188 are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be satisfied before the portion of the Balance attributable to those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold applicable to the selected payment channel.
• The destination bank account or e-wallet must be registered in the same name as the jp188 Account holder.

jp188 targets a withdrawal processing time of fewer than five minutes for e-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and fewer than fifteen minutes for local bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) during standard operating hours (24 hours, 7 days per week, WIB — UTC+7). These targets represent jp188's typical performance; actual processing times may be affected by factors outside jp188's control, including bank system maintenance windows.

jp188 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or money laundering activity, or resolution of a disputed wager.

jp188 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1, Champions League fixtures, and major Indonesian cultural occasions.

The following general conditions apply to all jp188 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

1. Each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Bonus Funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and are subject to the wagering multiplier specified in the promotion. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.

Members who participate in the jp188 VIP loyalty program are subject to the additional terms and conditions of that program, which are provided separately upon enrollment.

All Wagers placed on jp188 are subject to the specific game rules, betting rules, and odds displayed on the Platform at the time the Wager is accepted. In the event of any conflict between general betting rules and product-specific rules (e.g., sportsbook rules vs. live casino rules), the product-specific rules shall prevail.

jp188 reserves the right to:

• Void any Wager placed on an event where an obvious pricing error has occurred, and where the correct price would not have been accepted by a reasonable bettor.
• Void any Wager on an event that is subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or any form of irregular activity.
• Limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any market, game, or event at jp188's discretion, including the accounts of individual Members where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Suspend or close any market before or during an event for operational or integrity reasons.

Results for all sports markets are determined based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football; BWF for badminton; Dorna Sports for MotoGP). jp188 is not liable for errors in result feeds provided by third-party data suppliers, provided that jp188 takes reasonable steps to verify and correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.

For live casino products supplied by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other studio partners, game results are governed by the relevant studio's published game rules. jp188 does not control the game engine or outcome of third-party studio products and accepts no liability for technical malfunctions originating within those systems.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jp188. Violation of any item in this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all Balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or the KYC process.
• Creating more than one Account (multi-accounting), including under different names or payment details.
• Using automated bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers on jp188.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or bonus structures in a systematic manner that jp188 determines to constitute bonus abuse or advantage play beyond the scope of normal recreational gambling.
• Colluding with other Members in live poker, live casino, or any competitive game format available on jp188.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction that facilitates or conceals the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Using jp188 in connection with any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption of sporting events.
• Accessing jp188 using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology designed to disguise the Member's true location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Sharing Account credentials with any other person, or operating an Account on behalf of a third party.

All content on the jp188 Platform — including but not limited to the jp188 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, graphics, promotional material, game interfaces supplied under license from studio partners, and all text content — is the exclusive property of jp188 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jp188 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jp188 content without express written authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the jp188 Platform.
• Use any jp188 trademark, logo, or brand material in any context outside your personal use of the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of jp188 intellectual property will result in termination of your Account and may give rise to legal action for damages.

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause and whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the jp188 Platform or any part thereof, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data resulting from circumstances beyond jp188's reasonable control.
• Any errors in odds, results, or game outcomes attributable to third-party data or game studio systems.

In any event, jp188's aggregate liability to any individual Member in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their jp188 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit jp188's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

jp188 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jp188 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are particularly significant, jp188 may additionally notify Members by email or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the jp188 Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you disagree with any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account and cease using the Platform. Account closure requests may be submitted through jp188's 24/7 live chat support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jp188 holds its international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute between you and jp188 arising from your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through jp188's internal complaints procedure:
